Der Autor: André Stoll studierte zunächst Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Universität Mannheim. Nach seinem Abschluss als Diplom-Kaufmann nahm der Autor das Studium der Rechtswissenschaft ebenfalls an der Universität Mannheim auf, das erste juristische Staatsexamen wurde von ihm 1996 abgelegt. Nach dem Vorbereitungsdienst im Land Baden-Württemberg und dem zweiten juristischen Staatsexamen im Jahr 1998 folgte eine Tätigkeit am Lehrstuhl für Bürgerliches Recht, Internationales Recht und Privatversicherungsrecht in Mannheim. Derzeit ist der Autor in der Hessischen Justiz als Richter auf Probe tätig.
