OverviewEffects of CBR Technique on Neck Pain, Quality of Sleep and Life in Patients with Cervicogenic Headache (CGH).Cervicogenic headache (CGH) is a secondary headache arising from cervical spine dysfunction, often accompanied by neck pain, poor sleep quality, and reduced quality of life. The purpose of this study to investigate the effect of Cranial base release (CBR), a manual therapy technique targeting the sub occipital region, may alleviate symptoms by improving craniovertebral biomechanics and neuromuscular function. A total of 44 subjects with cervicogenic headache between the age of 20-30 years old were participated in this study based on inclusion and exclusion criteria. All the subjects had been referred from medicine OPD or direct from physiotherapy OPD at health center of GURU NANAK DEV UNIVERSITY PUNJAB, INDIA.
