Learmore J. Kagwiro is a married man and a father of three he is also the senior librarian at one of the top educational institutions in Zimbabwe, Belvedere Technical teachers' College and is a holder of National Certificate in Library Information Science, National Diploma in Information Science, Higher National Diploma in Information Science, BA in English and Communication Studies and a MSc in Library and Information Science. This is a research he carried out to find the effectiveness of Library Skills Course in relation to tertiary institutions of education.
