Giulia Lasagni, Assistant Professor in Criminal Procedure at the University of Bologna. She has extensively published on European criminal justice and its relationship with technological development, including Banking Supervision and Criminal Investigation. Comparing the EU and US Experiences (Springer/Giappichelli, 2019). Michele Caianiello, Full Professor in Criminal Procedure and Head of the Department of Legal Studies at the University of Bologna.
