Preamble Today, the unemployed youth have become a problem in its own, for the society and the nation. Youth, the force and future of the nation have become perhaps the most vulnerable section of society. Perhaps it is the most neglected lot, which has lost all public sympathy. It is (i) physically deprived, (ii) morally depressed, (iii) socially ridiculed, (iv) economically dependent and (v) frustrated lot of yoth, which only has neglect are insult in its account (Bajapi, 1992). Most of the problems of the youth emanate from their unemployment and there fore unfulfilled needs in the society. Today many problems beset the youth and these certainly need timely recognition. The unemployment of the educated youth is not only a problem of theirs, but has become the problem of the family the society and the nation at large. AFter spending the hard earned money of one's parents and about two decades precious time the educated youth finds him at the crossrooads. He is desperate for any kind of job but finds no one to buy him. Every educated youth is humiliated in two ways: (1) Firstly: He could not contribute anything to the families economy because he could not work during the course of his study ! (2) Secondly: His two decades devotion to education is a waste without any fruits. Bajpai (1992) have lived down the following nine problems faced by an unemployed youth. (1) Loss of trust and support of the family. (2) Financial hardship. (3) Psychological problems like frustration loss of self-esteem and self-confidence, depression, anxiety and the feeling of self-contempt,
