INTRODUCTION 1.1 Introduction Education is a powerful key for development of an individual. It provides great opportunity in development of all internal potential (physical, mental, moral and spiritual, etc) of individual. Education prepare individual in such a way that he/she can learn and develop their political, social, cultural, religious and environmental abilities provide us the opportunity for holistic growth and development. It is a continuous process of changing behaviour and develops total personality of individual. It develops our thinking and reasoning power. It refined human behaviors and prepare a skillful citizen for a nation. It play significant role in development of culture and civilization. It is truth that education is a key of success of an individual and thereby family, society and nation. Due to important role of education, every nation wants to develop higher level of education in their citizen. There are mainly four stages of education- primary, secondary, higher secondary and higher education or university education. In these stages, the senior secondary stage is the most important stage.
