Overview

The following study examines the social skills of employees at a construction and internet company in relation to their participation in company sports. The survey was conducted at two locations of the construction company - Frankfurt am Main and Stuttgart - and at the internet company in Munich. The aim of the study is to answer the research question: 'Are the social skills of employees, especially their ability to cooperate and work in a team, influenced by their participation in company sports?' The survey has a quantitative design and was conducted using a specially constructed questionnaire. In addition to a theoretical introduction, this paper presents the results of the study, critically evaluates the survey and discusses the findings.
