Overview

Since there are various contradictions regarding women's rights in the society, studying the rights of women based on law and Jurisprudence of Islam seems necessary. For this task, Quran, words of imams, Shia and Sunny view points and the law of Islamic republic of Iran are studied accordingly. And it is proved that Islam considers women's rights attentively and gave them the right to work outside and identified the rights such as heredity, dowry and alimony and so on.
