Almost 4 years in we still have a 7.8% unemployment rate, i.e., 12 million jobless Americans, a sluggish recovery-and the CBO projection of 2017 just to get back to 5.5% unemployment-with unemployment benefits long since expired! In the alternative, the path we should be following is: Fix unemployment, and this will in turn fix the market-it is a Pro-Market concept-and we can implement without adding a dime to our deficit-EI provides the blueprint....
