I also like the choice of case studies, which take in virtually all of the world's major areas of environmental degradation. For those wanting a global overview, this book provides all the pieces in a single location. - Jacqueline Switzer, Northern Arizona University This book covers a large number of developing nations in a comprehensive, straightforward fashion. The individual chapters are filled with information and evidence about the environmental politics and policies in various developing countries. Very few works in this area cover so many developing nations in a single volume. - Sheldon Kamieniecki, author of Environmental Politics in the International Arena
