Joe Swarctz is the illustrator and creator of Echo City, its characters and the superhero NightBat. Joe attended the prestigious Joe Kubert School in Dover, N.J., where he studied illustration and cartooning. He has worked for Manhattan-based animation studios, various commercial clients, and private commissions. He lives in Pennsylvania.
