This book is different, and is meant to tell you the things that aren't mentioned in other places, such as useful information on sourcing, shipping and research. Included are time-saving customer service communications samples you can customize throughout. One of the biggest fears I hear from people relate to the nightmare stories of scammers or bad buyers. I address this (very rare) occurrence and provide tried and true tips to protect your profits and avoid problem buyers. Although geared towards the Beginner, there is information that even seasoned sellers may find helpful when it comes to protecting yourself and in using diplomacy when dealing with difficult customers. I have shared this information over the years in bits and pieces with reseller groups online and have assisted multiple friends in getting their business started to supplement or replace their income, or even just thin down their collections. People consistently tell me how helpful the hints are, so I have consolidated them into an easy-to-read book with a humorous (and possibly offensive) slant at times...after all, my background is construction.
