eBay: 10 Simple Steps to removing negative feedback 2015: A Guide to Removing Negative & Neutral Feedback from eBay

Overview

Thank you for reading this description. This book is about real life experiences on eBay. I started selling on eBay some considerable time ago. You can imagine the shock and horror of receiving my first negative feedback. You imagine that it could never happen to you. But of course it does do. The first thing that you do is panic not really knowing what to do. You phone eBay and try to find out what to do. My first experience of negative feedback allowed me to start creating a process to remove negative feedback. Since then I have gradually improved the processes. What took four hours the first time now takes next to no time.

Author Information

George Wallace was born in Newport-on-Tay, Fife, Scotland. Had a terrible time at school being short sighted and no one knew. Asked to leave school at 15 with no qualifications. Joined the Royal Air Force. Worked on Lightnings and Jaguars. Left the RAF and went to Bell Street Tech and left with an Honours Degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering. Went on to build Hawk aircraft, worked on Air Traffic Control Systems in the UK and overseas. Worked on the new aircraft carriers. Then on a passport control project that got cancelled and was made redundant. Then eBay started. Over past few years have amassed 17,000 feedbacks. Have learnt a huge amount about eBay and how it works. Have given seminars on eBay one was planned for 40 minutes at the British Library. Was eventually rescued after 3 hours. The questions just never stopped. I asked why am I so popular the reply was you know what you are talking about.
