JEFF GAUDETTE is a runner, coach, and author. He started his running career in high school. After graduating from Brown University, he ran professionally and then began his coaching career. In 2011, Jeff founded RunnersConnect.net, a website that helps coach more than 1,000 runners in 42 states and 15 countries.
