She is the owner of Mother Earth, a restaurant famous for its organic, locally grown ingredients. She was born in San Francisco, California, grew up in Sandy Springs, Georgia and later Branford, Connecticut. He matriculated at Guilford College in North Carolina, but quit and entered the Culinary Institute of America in 2001 and graduated in 2005. Greace started cooking professionally in 2006: central to the operations and philosophy of Mother Earth is her dedication to using organic ingredients.
