Author Information

Kim Beyer holds a master's degree in comparative religion and a graduate certificate in holistic healthcare, both from Western Michigan University. She has taught Hatha Yoga, meditation, qigong, stress management and led contemplative retreats for more than twenty years. Kim is an avid hand-weaver, painter, musician and gardener who lives on 50 acres in Northern Michigan with her best friend, husband and author Mike Nunneley. Together, the pair started Family Wild, a program designed to bring children and adults closer through hunting, fishing and outdoor art activities and tournaments.
