Table of ContentsReviewsAuthor InformationChris Lisle was born and raised in Springdale, Arkansas, raised by an attorney/father he likens to Atticus Finch. He has been happily married for twenty-three years to his wife Julie. They have three children. He received his law degree at the University of Arkansas School of Law in 1993 and began practicing law with his Father. During the years with his father, he handled complex litigation including personal injury, criminal, contracts, real estate, and others. He tried to jury verdict a murder case, a fire case destroying a commercial building, an electrocution case involving a death of a minor, and others. In October 2013, he was hired to lead Walmart's early resolution program for tort claims where he still remains. At Walmart, he was given the opportunity to attend Harvard Law School's Basic Negotiation Course and Harvard's course on Difficult Conversations. He also earned an industry certification by the Claims Litigation Management Alliance as a Certified Litigation Management Professional. He is a veteran of the US Army, having served in the 82nd Airborne Division. He was awarded the Ranger Tab in 1989, Army Parachute Badge, and German Parachute Wings.
