Author Information

MICHAEL DE KARE-SILVER is Director for e-Commerce at Great Universal Stores and a leading adviser on e-business development. He has worked with a number of major European and US multinationals. He is a founding partner of the Kalchas Group, which is now part of Computer Sciences Corporation. He was previously with McKinsey, worked for four years as a Marketing Manager for Procter & Gamble, and is a qualified commercial lawyer.
