SOPHIA A. NELSON is an award-winning author and journalist. She is also a highly sought-after corporate leadership trainer and motivational speaker. A former Congressional Committee Council, Lobbyist and senior attorney for an international law firm, she left practice in 2008. She is author of Black Woman Redefined and The Woman Code.
