Dr. Jasmine Renner is a 2015 Carnegie African Diaspora Fellow, a Fulbright Specialist Scholar and currently a tenured Professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis at East Tenseness State University. She is an e-Learning and m-Learning consultant and expert for higher educational institutions in Africa, and developing nations. She is a 2014 Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) Maxine Smith Fellow. A native of Sierra Leone, she practiced law as an attorney specializing in comparative international law and general legal practice before relocating to the United States. She currently teaches courses at the doctoral level namely; Higher Education Law, Law for Organizational Leaders, Policy Analysis, Legal Affairs for Student Personnel, Leadership Studies, Small Group Leadership and the Administration of Higher Education at the Department of Educational Leadership and Policy Analysis.
