She specialises in working with people who have dyspraxia, as well as using hypnotherapy to help people take back control of their lives. She was taught by her father, Bob Neill, who was a practicing hypnotherapist from 1970 until he passed away in 2006. Barbara gives talks and runs training sessions on Dyspraxia Awareness, and is co-founder of The Two Dyspraxics, with her friend and colleague, Matthew Munson. Their 'talking heads'- style videos can be found on YouTube as well as The Two Dyspraxics' Facebook page.
