Overview

Dungeons & Alchemist is a research project focused on the application of Role Playing Games (RPG) in chemistry classes. Its application as a didactic-pedagogical alternative to teaching chemistry is the main focus of this work. At times, chemistry can be a difficult subject to understand, which is why there is a need for playful activities to reinforce content as an alternative in the teaching-learning process. RPG is a group role-playing game that develops the imagination and can be used to test chemical knowledge and its applications in everyday life. The game was developed and applied in three stages, defined as alpha, beta and omega, each with its own rules, following changes according to the development stage.
