Darrel Wayne Creacy and Carlito Vicencio<.b> met as fellow U.S. Coast Guard helicopter pilots at Air Station Houston, and the rest--as they say--is history. Carlito helped Darrel build his first computer, and soon thereafter the pair formed Electric City Computers and Dude Productions in hopes of bringing computer building to the general public.
