Single-currency system is a fundamental default and constraint to the monetary economy and economics by now. It is a main core of current economic and political dilemma, and a collective unconscious for the evolution of our world. The book constructs a unified theory of value, currency, equilibrium and history. It satisfactorily explains the main economic and political issues of our world, and leads to the solutions. The book is divided into two parts and will be published separately. This is the second part including the contents as follows: 1. It describes the double-value structure of production-consumption of monetary economy and its history. It leads us to recognize the connotation of value of natural resources. And, it confirms that ""joint ownership among competing uses"" is the reasonable and desirable system of the property rights of scarce rescources. 2. Proceed from the exchange, it analyses the core practice category of monetary economy. It explains what exactly the currency and the finance is. Also, it explores the essence and survival of the currency. 3. Think about the specific solution. In this book, there are only empirical intuition and conventional reasoning, no Math beyond add, subtract, multiply or divide, no cognition beyond argument.
