Emma Jane Hogbin builds online communities and helps not-for-profits implement technology-based communications. A Web developer since 1996, she built the Drupal back-end of CrochetMe.com and volunteers on Drupal's documentation team. Konstantin Kafer, an experienced Drupal developer and project contributor, is user interface engineer at NowPublic, a citizen journalism Web site built with Drupal. During Google's Summer of Code 2006 project, he worked to improve Drupal's administrative front end.
