Author Information

Gary A. Garfield is a lawyer by training. He practiced law, mostly civil litigation, for several years, representing some of the largest and most respected companies in the country. He joined Bridgestone Americas in its law department, and was the general counsel and chief compliance officer before he was promoted to CEO. Garfield ultimately became its CEO, president, and chairman of the board. He also was an executive vice president of Bridgestone Corporation and a member of its Global Executive Committee. Currently, Garfield is a writer, keynote speaker, consultant, and executive coach. He is very proud to have been a guest lecturer at numerous institutions, including Yale University, West Point, Vanderbilt University, and The Ohio State University. He also has been an opinion editor contributor for several publications. Gary is involved in raising awareness to our climate crisis, enjoys golf, reading, and, most of all, playing with his grandkids. Jonathan Yen was inspired by the Golden Age of Radio, and while the gold was gone by the time he got there, he's carried that inspiration through to commercial work, voice acting, and stage productions. His versatile baritone and distinct and perceptive role-playing make for a striking marriage of performance and storytelling. From vintage Howard Fast science fiction to naturalist Paul Rosolie's true adventures in the Amazon, Jonathan loves to tell a good story.
