HRComputes focuses on delivery on people strategy using technology, change management, program and project management. HRComputes is a registered NJ WBE, NJ SBE and in the NJ Sustainable Business Registry. Kristina leads the Becoming Sustainable practice developing people strategy to build more equitable and inclusive organizations. Services include strategy development, assessment, gap analysis, workforce data analytics, ERG development, talent strategies to promote diversity, building an inclusive culture, and digital solution selection and implementation. She is a diversity, equity, and inclusion thought leader and frequent speaker. Kristina brings executive business management experience from the corporate and not for profit worlds. Her background includes serving as Vice President and Manager at JPMorgan Chase. She is the Building Sustainable Organizations professor and DEI Committee faculty advisor for the Bard MBA in Sustainability, She is the author of Becoming a Sustainable Organization published by CRC Press.
