Babita Singla is a professor at Chitkara Business School, Chitkara University, Punjab, India. She has a Ph.D. in management and is UGC-NET qualified. She has over 13 years of experience in teaching, research, and administration. Her areas of expertise are marketing, e-commerce, omnichannel, and retail. Amit Mittal is a Professor of Management / Dean at Chitkara University, Punjab, India, and Dean, Doctoral Research Centre. He has over 19 years of experience in teaching, research, consulting, and academic administration.
