When 13-year-old Caleb has to move across the country after his dad's car accident, he's not happy about the small Pennsylvania railroad town he's landed in. When the Dreadmonger traps Caleb's soul inside the watch, he joins many others who've been there for more than 100 years, held powerless by their fears.
