Small guide very easy to read, packed with tools and examples. I recommend it if you want to make any business more visual and start drawing more (and better!). I enjoyed the reading and all the process. I love the practical advice for using visual thinking to help you work through the vision and challenges for ur small business. The exercises are useful and help you not only think big but also understand how best to break things down into manageable chunks. I took an online class from the author last year. It was helpful to me as a small business owner. This book has some of the same content AND takes the information further. If you are looking for a fresh way to envision your business, workgroup, department, etc. The tools that Cara provides are interesting, approachable (I sure as heck am not an artist!), and practical. If you're willing to imagine more ways to look at your business, this is a great start! * amazon.co.uk * It's not very often you come across a book that truly inspires you that gives you tools you can practically apply everyday at work. Even if you don't think you have a creative bone in your body you will love this book! Amazon Customer I really enjoyed this book and found it very useful. The reason I found it useful was that Cara writes in a style that allows you to feel you are in a conversation or training session with her. So I could put it down, try out the exercises, take notes etc and still go back to the book in a coherent way. Melody Well written. Simple basic and no fluff. Look forward to the course with the Author. Lots of knowledge and experience distilled in a quick and easy read. GDesign Student ...Thoroughly recommend it to anyone who wants to communicate more effectively... H Fantastic book! Full of useful tips and fun, practical exercises. I don't think of myself as artistic but this book has definitely inspired me to think more creatively and experiment with different ways of working and presenting. Something I'll definitely refer back to and read time and time again. Davina Jackson * Amazon *
