He is currently working as an associate professor at Delaware State University, Dover, Delaware. After his secondary education, he enrolled with the University of Ni Faculty of Electronics, Serbia where he earned BS and MS degrees in 1993 and 1997, respectively. He moved to the USA in 1997 where he began Ph.D. studies at Washington State University under the supervision of his advisor Dr. Zoran Obradovi .
