Reviews

This book is an excellent and valuable contribution to international contract practice. I have already been able to use it to my benefit, particularly the instructive and relevant discussion of the 'best efforts' contract clause as seen from various jurisdictions. - Professor Thomas W. Walde, CEPMLP/University of Dundee & Essex Court Chambers, London
