Overview

Seven lords and ladies arrive in a twilit garden filled with monumental statues of mythical monsters. The beautiful but treacherous queen of the garden invites them to dine with her and challenges them to a storytelling contest. Vying for her favor, they each weave tales of ancient alchemy, metallurgy, espionage, lineage, and war. After the queen tempts them to partake of the cakes and potions she has prepared, the crystal orb from which she seems to derive her power fills with a strange light, but nobody is prepared for what happens when the monsters come to life. A tale of enchantment and peril, where passions rule and doom hangs on the crafting of the finest word.
