Overview

"Doodle Pig and Peck Rooster, two farmyard residents, crash into each other in their rush to attend Camelia Cow's birthday party. Their gifts are thrown into the air, land in the dirt, and are ruined. Or are they? Duck, Horse, and Cat help Doodle and Peck discover that if they cooperate, they can create a new, even better, birthday gift. At the party, Camelia loves their gift, a book of fairy tales. Marla F. Jones has read thousands of children's books. Literally. As a first grade teacher, story time was her favorite part of the day. As a writer, she has authored four picture books.
