Don't Cut the Grass On Sunday: A Monday Conversation for Non-Christians & Skeptics Alike

Overview

ABOUT THE BOOK Does Christianity seem like nothing more than a list of rules designed to take the joy out of life? Does the Bible really say you can't cut the grass on Sunday? In Don't Cut the Grass on Sunday: A Monday Conversation for Non-Christians & Skeptics Alike, Stephen Jumper clears away misconceptions and offers a direct, accessible look at what the Bible actually teaches. Written for those who know little about Christianity, or have only heard distorted versions, this book explains the basics in a straightforward, non-religious way. Designed in a way that the reader may review chapters that interest them most, this book invites readers into an open, honest conversation about faith. A resource section is available for further exploration. Whether you are curious, skeptical, or simply seeking clarity, Don't Cut the Grass on Sunday is the perfect place to start. ABOUT THE AUTHOR Stephen Jumper is a North Carolina native who graduated from Ole Miss with a business degree in marketing. His forty year business career in technology and financial services gave way to a life-changing passion for mission work. After his first trip to Russia in 2011, he traveled to the Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia, and Cambodia before earning a master's degree in ministry from Piedmont International University in 2016. He later served as the first VP Area Coordinator for a nonprofit, expanding mission work across North America. Stephen and his wife, Charlotte, have three daughters and four grandchildren.
