English summary: Volume 14 of the Constitutiones et acta publica imperatorum et regum, which appears in the Leges (legal texts) of the Monumenta Germaniae Historica, continues the publication of texts on the history of the Roman-German Empire by the MGH's Berlin office at the Berlin-Brandenburg Academy of Sciences. The new volume contains around 650 numbered documents covering the years 1362 to 1365 during the reign of Emperor Charles IV of the House of Luxembourg - most of them rights of privilege, mandates and letters from the imperial chancellery, but also texts written by electoral and imperial officials, as well as by municipal officials and other holders of office and rank. Some of the documents, including the permanent acquisition of Tyrol by the Habsburgs in 1363 and the inheritance alliance formed between the houses of Luxembourg and Habsburg in 1364, are of particular long- term significance. The documentary material and accompanying commentary are made accessible by the inclusion of indices containing additional imperial and archival records, an index of names and places, as well as extensive Latin and early modern German dictionaries. Der neue Band enthalt fur die Jahre 1362 bis 1365 der Herrschaft Kaiser Karls IV. aus dem Haus der Luxemburger etwa 650 Nummern - in der Mehrzahl Privilegien, Mandate und Briefe aus der kaiserlichen Kanzlei, aber auch Texte kur- und reichsfurstlicher Aussteller sowie stadtischer und sonstiger Amts- und Herrschaftsinhaber. Einige der Dokumente haben eine besonders langfristige Bedeutung erlangt, wie etwa der nun dauerhafte Erwerb Tirols durch die Habsburger von 1363 sowie die gegenseitige Erbverbruderung der Hauser Luxemburg und Habsburg von 1364. Diese bildete die rechtliche Grundlage des ein Jahrhundert spater eingetretenen Anfalls der ehemaligen Hausmachtterritorien der Luxemburger an Habsburg und wurde somit zur Keimzelle der spateren Weltgeltung der Dynastie. Das Urkundenmaterial und seine Kommentierung werden durch Verzeichnisse zusatzlich erwahnter Urkunden des Kaisers und der Archivorte, ein Register der Orts- und Personennamen sowie ausfuhrliche lateinische und fruhneuhochdeutsche Wortverzeichnisse erschlossen.
