She has widely published in the field of Postcolonial Feminist Theory and the Arts and chaired the Graduate Gender Programme at Utrecht University until 2023. Liedeke Plate is Professor of Culture and Inclusivity at Radboud University. She researches the relationships between art, culture, and inclusion, focussing on literature, gender, cultural memory, and the so-called material turn in cultural studies. Kathrin Thiele is Professor of Gender, Culture, and Ecologies in the Department of Media and Culture Studies at Utrecht University. She researches in the field of feminist critical thinking, with focus on relationality, complexity, and planetary coexistence.
