MILLER has held management positions in marketing and strategic planning for AT&T, General Electric, Unisys, Ampex, Boeing, and for 20 years was Senior Vice President of International Marketing for Zenith Electronics./e Now an international marketing consultant based in LaGrange, Illinois, he has been an adviser to the World Bank and various United Nations agencies, centering on privatization, enterprise restructuring, and industry conversion. Miller has been affiliated with the Economic Policy Council of the United Nations Association of the U.S., The United States District Export Council, The Pan American Advisory Council and served on the boards of directors of companies in Venezuela, Mexico, and the Philippines.
