He taught research methodology for several years at the University College of Technology and Pan African Institute for Development, Cameroon. Currently the Education for Sustainable Development Capacity Building Advisor of the World Wide Fund for Nature, Cameroon Country Programme Office, he continues to offer private and free mentorship to students in research methodology. He is a committed dramatist and poet with eight full-length plays and five collections of poems to his credit, and has authored four scientific articles and one book chapter.
