Does Grace Have a Ceiling?: The Anatomy of the Will

Overview

Infusing this innovative book are what the author calls ""The Five Noble Truths""--core, interconnected ideas that make their presence felt at every stage of his thought: universal salvation, predeterminism, teleology, prophecy, and the apocalyptic view. Kyle Jones offers here a unique, eclectic, interdisciplinary perspective using the synergy of these ""Five Noble Truths"" to present a grounded orthodox (in its truest sense) view compatible with early Christian theology and addressing the vagaries of our modern thought-worlds, whether religious or non-religious. The book delves heavily into the issue of God's sovereignty, dispelling ""Christian dualism,"" and arguing that a healthy and understood experience of pain and suffering only comes from embracing the pre-planned intentions of a sovereign God who will bring all of humanity to full reconciliation through Christ.

Reviews

""Kyle has an extraordinary mind, capable of navigating the hidden depths of Proto-Indo-European linguistics way beyond the capabilities of most human beings, including the best scholars in the field of PIE."" --David Rohl, Egyptologist ""A startling and deep work from a startling and deep man. A book for readers and thinkers."" --Irving Finkel, Curator, The British Museum ""Kyle Jones has a rare, truly God-given gift to process and analyze history, language, and information in a way that feels almost superhuman. His ability to identify patterns and themes across vast spans of time, cultures, and languages is extraordinary. What makes it even more remarkable is his gift for synthesizing all of that complexity and presenting it in a way that is clear, accessible, and deeply meaningful for the everyday reader--always with a patient, gentle heart of a teacher. I am deeply grateful to know him, and incredibly proud of him for taking time out of his already busy life to publish this work."" --Sam Glenn, Dealer Principle, Harding Auto Group ""Kyle has an extraordinary mind, capable of navigating the hidden depths of Proto-Indo-European linguistics way beyond the capabilities of most human beings, including the best scholars in the field of PIE."" --David Rohl, Egyptologist ""A startling and deep work from a startling and deep man.
