Jimmy H. Davis is a retired school teacher and administrator. He served the students of Hardin County, Tennessee, for over forty years. Dr. Davis has been an ordained preacher since 1984. He holds the following degrees: A.S. from Jackson State Community College, Jackson, Tennessee; B.S. from Union University, Jackson, Tennessee; Ed.M. from Memphis State University, Memphis, Tennessee; and a Th.D. from Andersonville Theological Seminary, Camilla, Georgia.
