The monograph provides a comprehensive study of the problems of the theory and practice of implementing of doctrine of removal (raising) of the corporate veil in application of subsidiary liability of the beneficial owners (founders, participants, shareholders) and officials under the obligations of legal entity - the debtor.The subsidiary liability of the beneficial owners (founders, participants, shareholders) and officials under the obligations of legal entity - the debtor in the monograph is seen as a key idea of the doctrine of removal of corporate veil . The features of the implementation of the doctrine of removal of corporate veil in foreign legal order and the practice of the European Court of Human Rights are investigated. The criteria for bringing to a subsidiary liabilityof controllers of the legal entity - the debtor within the doctrine of removal of corporate veil . The scientific-theoretical foundations are formulated and the legislative prerequisites for the application of the doctrine of removal of the corporate veil are established in order to bring beneficiaries to the subsidiary liability in the mechanism of regulating business relations in Ukraine.
