Tracy Vitalo-Harwell was born and raised in Cicero, IL and has been a resident of New Lenox, IL for 18 years. Tracy has been an entrepreneur for 22 years. In addition to creating Inspiring U2 Grow, a life and business strategies company, she has been highly successful in 3 of the top 25 network marketing companies where she received several sales and team building accolades over the years.
