Linda Demjen is a missionary with a burning desire to share her story and life truths with others. Her exciting journey started in 1991 and continues today. After a vision in 2005, she and her husband founded A Cup of Cold Water Ministries, Inc. Her commitment to the call has afforded her the privilege to serve in many nations and prosper the kingdom of God wherever God sends her.Linda received a Bachelor's Degree in Church Ministry and Ministry license from The Sure Foundation Theological Institute in 2007. She has served in her local church for 23 years in many areas as a Bible teacher, prayer leader, deacon, teen ministry sponsor, small group leader, and missions coordinator.Her passion since becoming a Christian has been to reach the lost and serve the poor and disadvantaged. She has served as a missionary and minister in North and Central America, Eastern Europe, Mexico, and South Asia. Her ministry has reached thousands for Christ and provided education, church and school buildings, feeding programs, medical care, and housing for the poor.When Linda is not on a mission trip, she spends time with her family and her dog, Lucy. It is probably her if you see a white-haired grandmother struggling to go down a slide at the park in Houston with the prompting of her three-year-old grandson. Her grandchildren have a big place in her heart. She says they help her to stay young. Her family makes her life complete.
