From Screaming Armadillos to Kalahari Lions all of these animals are either endangered or really interesting.

I still believe in 'far, far away'. A childhood spent on Florida's beaches serve as inspiration for many of my stories and illustrations. Painted fairy tales are my passion. My fantastical tales come to life with pencils, watercolors and calligraphy inks. I am the author and illustrator of children's books. A third generation artist my Grandfather painted and my Mother paints in oils. Now my two adult children continue that legacy in their own mediums. The walls of our home are filled with the art of my family. I now live in Albuquerque, New Mexico on the high desert mesa with with my husband, 10 cats and a box turtle. Art fills my soul.
