"""The book has a well-written style that should appeal to community experts and business people in Japan and encourage them to delve deeper into questions of diversity and inclusion in the business and higher education sectors. For academics, this book could provide a stimulus to discuss more deeply the impact of inclusion and diversity which has now become a national and global issue."" Bayu Prasetio, Ikaputera Waspada and Hari Mulyadi, Asian Affairs, The Royal Society for Asian Affairs"
