OverviewThis study focuses on the development and implementation of a hybrid training model that integrates Distance Learning (DL) as a supplement to in-person training. The objective of this research is to assess the contribution of hybrid training to improving continuing education for staff at Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane (AUI). We are conducting this research at the Center for Learning Technologies (CLT) at AUI. Our target population is all AUI administrative staff who have previously participated in face-to-face training. The study focuses primarily on three main stages: 1-Analysis of training needs in ICT; 2-Design and implementation of the new hybrid ICT training program; 3-Evaluation and comparison of the results recorded by the two training modes (face-to-face and hybrid). The comparison of results demonstrates the positive contribution of hybrid training in achieving and maintaining a very high attendance rate compared to face-to-face training, as well as reducing the duration of the training while enriching the content.
