Overview

Age range 8-12 Opening the bridge between Auradon and the Isle was the easy part – bringing two disparate cultures together will be the real challenge that Mal must face. Realizing that she needs help, Mal brings on as consuls the two people who best personify their respective homes: Audrey for Auradon and Uma for the Isle of the Lost. They’re charged with helping Mal introduce their own cultures to a whole new audience… but how? By living a day in each other’s shoes, of course!

Author Information

Jason Muell is an American translator, author, and blogger currently living in Tokyo. A chance encounter with Sailor Moon re-runs on TV back in 1997 started a life-long passion that led him to pursue a degree in Japanese history before moving to Japan in 2008 in pursuit of his dreams. As legend has it, Natsuki Minami was born with a pen in her hand and a passion for drawing. A Tokyo native, Natsuki fell in love with American animation from a young age and knew that she wanted to pursue a career in art and illustration where she could marry Japanese manga storytelling with Western art styles.
