She holds a BS in journalism from West Virginia University, masters in public administration from SUNY at Brockport, and completed doctorate coursework from Rensselaer Polytechnic institute in communications and rhetoric. A professional singer, dancer, and actor, Carmen Jewel Jones has voiced commercial and industrial projects as well as numerous audiobooks.
