Author Information

Jack Kanski is arguably the best-known author in ophthalmology worldwide. His textbook Clinical Ophthalmology, published by Butterworth-Heinemann, is a competitor to our Spalton, and is the current textbook of choice for ophthalmology trainees and optometrists worldwide. He is also the author of our extremely successful Ophthalmology: Clinical Signs and Differential Diagnosis, published in 1998 under the Mosby imprint. In the words of one UK professor of ophthalmology: ""Any book with Jack Kanski's name on it is likely to be a winner. He has an excellent track record and a large number of trainees, seniors and libraries are likely to buy the book simply on this basis.""
